Performed as a hands-on technical manager. Led a global heterogeneous team of employees/consultants, with focus on Development and QE Teams leveraging shared COEs (PMO, DBAs, infrastructure and Operations teams).

• Directed the modernization of the flagship Index Calculation platform resulting in horizontal scalability, alignment with compliance/security standards, and most importantly reduction in the quantity/severity of operational incidence.
• Drove the technology solution for the custom Index revenue line by developing the team, processes and technology to rapidly develop bespoke indices.
• Spearheaded the transition to Agile Methodology which translated to a predictable, transparent and business prioritized delivery**.**
• Adopted and implemented a fit-for-purpose cloud strategy providing teams an incremental transition to reduce costs and leveraged rich services such as ECS, Lambda, and S3/RDS/DynamoDb.
• Improved security posture by partnering with corporate security teams to design, institute and adopt policies with training, continuous integration tools and periodic automated scans.
• Cultivated a learning culture yielding an average of at least one certification within the team’s first year, and also higher levels of employee engagement.
